I know from experience the mental and physical impacts stress has on entrepreneurs. I can help you and your team go from stress, burnout, and overwhelm to a calm and well-regulated nervous system, so you can excel in your work, and reconnect with yourself, your family and community.
Mindfulness has been the most critical leadership tool I’ve learned. When leaders embody mindfulness and promote a culture of mindfulness in the workplace, employees experience reduced stress, enhanced focus, and increased overall well-being. Mindful teams create a more positive work environment, boost creativity, and enhance decision-making capabilities. Additionally, mindfulness practices can improve communication and empathy among team members, leading to more effective collaboration and a stronger, more cohesive organizational culture.
I teach introduction to mindfulness and ongoing mindfulness meditation classes to leaders and teams.
About Me
After two decades of building solutions that drive systems-level change—spanning grassroots organizations, government agencies, and startups—I’ve seen firsthand that impact is most sustainable when leaders operate from a place of presence and resilience.
Throughout my career, I’ve been driven by a passion for creating innovative, ground-up solutions to complex challenges. From 2016 to 2023, I was the COO and co-founder of NeedsList, an award-winning humanitarian technology startup that streamlined resource distribution to frontline organizations responding to crises. Under my co-leadership, NeedsList secured significant funding, received global recognition, and was acquired in early 2024.
As a founder, I experienced the relentless demands of hustle culture and saw its toll on the mental and physical health of leaders working for social change. This realization deepened my commitment to integrating well-being into leadership—helping impact-driven entrepreneurs and organizations cultivate resilience, prevent burnout, and build from a grounded, sustainable place.
Today, I bring together my expertise in human-centered design, organizational strategy, and leadership, and mindful leadership to support founders and teams in navigating the challenges of creating meaningful change—without sacrificing their own well-being in the process.
