Hey y’all! I’m Amanda, a social entrepreneur, impact strategist, and mindfulness-based facilitator and mentor.

I facilitate groups and work 1:1 with entrepreneurs looking for new ways to lead and build their businesses from a place of connection, ease, and presence.

I know from experience the mental and physical impacts stress has on entrepreneurs. I help you go from stress, burnout, and overwhelm to a calm and well-regulated nervous system, so you can excel in your work, and reconnect with yourself, your family and community.

I have 20 years of experience co-creating and leading projects for a more equitable world. My passion is working with innovative organizations and leaders seeking to repair broken systems and change the status quo with compassion, clarity, and courage.

Impact Strategy Consulting

To create systems-level change, we need to change the systems, beliefs, and ways in which we operate. Here’s how I can help:

Mindfulness for Leaders & Teams

Founder well-being is the cornerstone of sustainable success; when founders thrive, their ventures do too.

Mindfulness has been the single most important leadership tool I’ve learned. When leaders embody mindfulness and promote a culture of mindfulness in the workplace, employees experience reduced stress, enhanced focus, and increased overall well-being. Mindful teams create a more positive work environment, boost creativity, and enhance their decision-making capabilities. Additionally, mindfulness practices can improve communication and empathy among team members, leading to more effective collaboration and a stronger, more cohesive organizational culture.

I teach introduction to mindfulness and ongoing mindfulness meditation classes to leaders and teams.

About Me

After two decades of working on solutions that seek to create systems-level change from grassroots organizations to government agencies to startups, I’ve come to believe impact leaders can be most effective when we slow down and work from a present and settled nervous system.

My entire life, I’ve been driven by a passion for creating innovative solutions to complex challenges from the ground up. From 2016-2023 I was the cofounder of NeedsList, an award-winning humanitarian technology startup seeking to redirect resources to frontline organizations responding to crises in their communities. NeedsList was acquired in early 2024.

Founders are immersed in hustle and grind culture, which has destructive impacts on their mental and physical health. My own experience as a stressed-out founder has made me deeply committed to well-being of our social impact leaders.
